I got an unexpected extension to my weekend today. Elliott's daycare provider was ill so I went to work for about 2 hours and then came home. This is the one week Jonathan can't really watch him this summer if daycare cancels because he is a clinician at the showchoir camp.
Jonathan dropped Elliott off at work on his way to camp and then I actually got to work for about 40 more minutes! Elliott was such a good boy! He just colored. Then we came home and played and Elliott did really well on his potty training today. I also got to work a little more while Elliott was napping. Tonight after supper, we went on a long walk with Earnie. I was sure pooped by the time we got home!
We have been trying to take some posed pictures of Elliott for a special project for both grandmas and grandpas and we did manage to get a few good ones. I'm attaching my new fav of my little man! He's laying on the piano bench...totally uncoached. Isn't he just adorable? The other one is him in his COOL shades while "driving" daddy's car!
On a baby note, I think my little girl got the hiccups for the first time yesterday! She's taking after her brother already! I hope everyone is having a great week and this finds you well. God Bless!
