Sorry it's been so long but as anyone who adds a new baby to their family with one or more already at home, it is a handful. Plus having a teacher for a husband (and music at that)is especially bad at this time of the year. He has been gone more nights over the past month than at home. I can't wait for this week to be over! Then, it's a lot less hectic until about mid January. That's when showchoir season starts!
Alana will be 10 weeks tomorrow! She had her two month checkup on Wednesday and weighed 11 lbs 8 oz (70%ile) and is 22 1/2 inches long (50%ile). She is definitely bigger than her brother was at this point. She is starting to coo and "talk" She isn' sleeping through the night yet-waking up at about 4 or 4:30. Elliott was sleeping through the night at 8 weeks, so he spoiled me! The doctor couldn't believe how strong Miss Lana was-holding her head straight up. While on her tummy, she was pushing up so high, the dr also said she wouldn't be surprised if she rolled over soon...wow! She is growing up sooo fast! Last night was her first night in her crib. She did well.
I went back to work FT Monday the 26th. It wasn't easy. But it is a necessity for me to work. I keep praying that one day I can stay home with the kids.
